Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the Financial Controller serves as the operational right hand to the finance function. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the reliability, relevance, and quality of financial information while actively supporting decision making across the organization.
Overseeing all financial control activities, the Financial Controller supervises financial reporting, budgeting processes, forecasting activities, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate leads a small team and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, accountability, and performance. They challenge existing practices and bring a continuous improvement and innovation mindset to the role.
