The role

Reporting to a matrix leadership team composed of the firm’s two Founding Partners and the Managing Director, the Associate Director will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Aviseo’s Québec City office.

Acting as a business developer, strategic advisor, and engagement leader, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the expansion of the practice, the evolution of the firm’s consulting services, and the development of its talent.

The right fit
  • More than twelve (12) years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, public affairs, economic development, finance, or a related field;
  • Significant experience working with executive leadership teams and senior decision-makers;
  • Strong understanding of strategic and organizational issues;
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, sell, and deliver complex consulting engagements;
  • Experience in business development or a strong interest in growing this aspect of the role;
  • Well-established and credible professional network in the Québec City market;
  • Experience leading teams and coaching professionals;
  • Ability to work across a variety of industries and business sectors;
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and emerging technologies;
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
