Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director, Talent, Culture, Environment and Society will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions and objectives aimed at creating a fulfilling, sustainable, and socially responsible work environment while fostering an organizational culture aligned with Polytechnique’s values.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and, together with their teams, support functional units and departments in developing coherent initiatives that promote an engaging organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and maximize individual contributions. They will oversee the integration of recognized best practices in health and wellness, occupational health and safety, sustainability, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
This individual will be responsible for designing and deploying comprehensive talent and organizational culture strategies while providing targeted support to academic and administrative units. They will ensure alignment across initiatives and compliance with institutional policies.
In this capacity, the incumbent will oversee the Talent and Culture Department, the Faculty Affairs Office, the Retirement Office, the Sustainability and Social Responsibility Office, and the Occupational Health and Safety Office.
