Social Media Specialist

The right fit

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, communications, advertising or a related field;
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a comparable role;
• Experience in social listening, community management and media monitoring;
• Strong graphic design experience;
• Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
• PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Zoom and SharePoint, as well as a willingness to learn and master new platforms as required;
• Experience in content production, including filming and post-production, is considered an asset;
• Project management experience and/or experience in the dairy sector, food and beverage industry, agriculture or consumer packaged goods is considered an asset;
• Experience in Canadian politics and/or within a pan-Canadian advocacy association is considered a significant asset.
