From its origins as a popular gathering place to its current position as a leading independent hotel, the property has consistently distinguished itself through its commitment to responsible tourism.
The property is the first independent hotel in Quebec to have earned both the 5 Green Keys and Biosphere certifications, in addition to the Rainbow Registered certification recognizing its commitment to inclusivity. These distinctions are supported by concrete initiatives, including eco-conscious room renovations, reduction of its digital footprint, rigorous waste management, improved energy efficiency, prioritization of local suppliers, and support for community projects. The recent opening of a four-season skating rink built with recyclable materials and operating with zero carbon emissions further illustrates this long-term vision.
This is a strategic leadership position within an established full-service hotel, overseeing all aspects of the operation, including accommodations, food and beverage, banquets, sales, revenue management, guest experience, asset maintenance, and team engagement. The position reports directly to the Managing Partner.
