The role

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Brand will play a key role in defining, evolving, and executing Dermapure’s national content strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming medical expertise, business priorities, and consumer insights into a cohesive, high-performing, and differentiated content ecosystem that supports brand awareness, patient acquisition, and long-term loyalty. This individual will develop a strong editorial vision, define content pillars, key messaging, and editorial journeys, while ensuring alignment between the content calendar and the organization’s commercial objectives.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree considered an asset)
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, content marketing, or brand development, ideally within B2C organizations in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or service industries
  • Proven experience developing and executing omnichannel content strategies, including editorial calendars and integrated content ecosystems across web, social media, CRM, public relations, video, and digital platforms
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex expertise or offerings into compelling, differentiated content aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Ability to serve as the guardian of the editorial identity and brand positioning, ensuring consistency of voice, messaging, and brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Experience leading content production and managing internal and external partners, including agencies, copywriters, designers, videographers, photographers, content creators, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment between content strategies, business priorities, and marketing initiatives
  • Experience establishing, monitoring, and analyzing content performance metrics (engagement, reach, SEO, conversion, acquisition, and retention) to continuously optimize results and inform strategic decision-making
