The role

Reporting to the General Manager, the National Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring profitability across the Quebec market.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and grow major customer accounts;
  • Design and implement short and long term sales strategies;
  • Establish sales objectives and monitor monthly and annual performance;
  • Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Development teams;
  • Optimize customers’ product mix to maximize revenue and profitability;
  • Analyze market trends and account performance to support business decisions;
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships;
  • Ensure seamless communication between the field and internal teams across Canada and the United States;
  • Participate in strategic presentations and business reviews.
The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management;
  • Experience managing major retail accounts, considered a strong asset;
  • Experience within the consumer goods industry;
  • Strong understanding of market development and commercial strategies;
  • Proficiency with analytical and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP;
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both French and English.
