The role

Reporting to the General Management, and in collaboration with the Marketing Coach, the Marketing, Communications and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for designing and leading the integrated marketing strategy for the hotel and its various entities. You will be the driving force behind our brand image and customer experience, from strategic thinking to on-the-ground execution.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications and content marketing in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality or restaurant industry;
  • Proven track record in creating marketing content to increase brand awareness;
  • Experience creating and editing social media content (knowledge of Canva is a strong asset);
  • Experience managing content calendars across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);
  • Experience managing partnerships (local collaborators, influencers and media);
  • Strong digital expertise (SEO, SEM, CRM);
  • In-depth knowledge of digital tools such as Meta Ads, Canva, Zoho, OpenTable, as well as Libro and SevenRooms;
  • Experience in project management.
