The role

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing growth strategies. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands on execution while working closely with the sales, product marketing, and internal agency teams to optimize the performance of marketing initiatives.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
  • 2 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or field/event marketing;
  • Demonstrated experience developing and owning a growth strategy, annual marketing plan, and account based marketing program;
  • Proven experience partnering with sales to drive pipeline generation, customer expansion, and strategic account opportunities;
  • Experience developing integrated, multichannel campaigns in partnership with product marketing and agency partners;
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and optimizing pipeline, engagement, and campaign impact;
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • Familiarity with account based marketing (ABM) and CRM/marketing automation tools;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
