The company

Re-Source Intégration is a social economy enterprise employing nearly 240 people, the majority of whom live with functional limitations, including intellectual disabilities, physical limitations, or mental health conditions. Its main areas of activity include assembly, packaging, retail operations through four La Source des Aubaines stores and online sales, as well as the production of essential oils through its cedar offcut collection service, Cèdres Recyclés.

The role

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Director is responsible for the organization’s strategic vision and the implementation of its orientations. The incumbent also oversees the integrated management of operations as well as human, financial, and material resources.

The General Director ensures the organization’s overall performance across both its commercial and social activities and acts as the organization’s representative with private and government partners.

The right fit
  • Undergraduate degree in management, administration, organizational development, or a related field;
  • Graduate level education in management, business administration, organizational management, or a related discipline considered a strong asset;
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience, including several years leading multidisciplinary teams;
  • Hands-on experience in the private sector (retail, services, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive environments);
  • Significant experience within the social economy sector (non profit organizations, cooperatives, social enterprises, or similar organizations);
  • Proven achievements in financial and budget management;
  • Experience implementing strategic plans and growth or development projects;
  • Strong command of both French and English.
