As a true hub for collaboration and influence, Xn Québec connects creators, businesses, institutions, and industry stakeholders, fostering knowledge sharing and helping establish Québec as a globally recognized leader in digital creativity.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for defining and executing Xn Québec’s strategic vision and priorities. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately eight professionals while collaborating with an extensive network of partners and stakeholders.
Serving as the organization’s primary ambassador and spokesperson, the Executive Director will mobilize members, advocate for the sector with public authorities, and strengthen Xn Québec’s position as a leading voice both in Québec and internationally.
The Executive Director will ensure the relevance, impact, and sustainability of the organization’s initiatives while driving its continued evolution and delivering meaningful value to its members.
