The role

Positioned at the heart of the nurturing phase, this role combines relationship driven programs and targeted outbound initiatives to drive engagement, generate demand, and actively support progression toward conversion. The person in this role will support multiple business units, including GardaWorld United States, Canada, and Africa, as well as sub brands such as CASH, BEST, Systems, and others as defined by the organization.

The right fit
  • University degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in email marketing and nurturing programs;
  • Strong expertise in email strategy, advanced segmentation, and orchestration of automated campaigns focused on funnel progression and conversion;
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation tools and large scale email campaign management platforms;
  • Proven experience implementing targeted outbound campaigns (one to many and one to few) aligned with business priorities and sales teams;
  • Excellent understanding of multichannel marketing and the integration of email within broader orchestration strategies involving Growth teams and other channels;
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution;
  • Demonstrated ability to define, execute, and optimize A/B testing programs with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, sales teams, and business units.
