The evenko Foundation’s mission is to help young people reach their full potential through music. Through its programs and fundraising initiatives, the Foundation facilitates access to musical instruments and helps make the benefits of music education and practice accessible to a greater number of youth.
Reporting to the Interim Executive Director and working closely with the Board of Directors, the Director will contribute to advancing the evenko Foundation’s mission, fundraising efforts, public profile, and partnership development.
This opportunity is designed for an individual who possesses the skills, ambition, and potential to grow into an Executive Director role in the near future and who is seeking mentorship and support throughout that transition.
Within a small team environment where versatility, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential, the successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the Foundation’s strategic and operational activities. They will benefit from structured coaching and guidance from the Interim Executive Director, allowing them to progressively develop the competencies and expertise required for executive leadership.
