Reporting to the General Manager, Digital Strategy, the Director of Innovation and AI leads the integration of artificial intelligence within French Services by developing AI and innovation strategies aimed at maximizing content discoverability, automation, and audience impact.
While acting as a driver of cultural change, the Director is not responsible for the operational implementation of solutions within specific departments, focusing instead on overall strategy and organizational influence.
