Festival du nouveau cinéma
Bold, unifying, daring, and innovative, the Festival du nouveau cinéma (FNC) has been working for over 55 years to make national and international auteur cinema accessible, from emerging voices to major works, showcasing its originality and diversity.
As a general international film festival and a major cultural event in Quebec, the FNC presents more than 200 works each year from nearly 60 countries. Today, the Festival is led by a co-executive leadership model, composed of an Administrative Director and an Artistic Director, whose responsibilities are complementary and shared.
Reporting to the Administrative Director and working closely with the Artistic Director, the Director of Communications and Marketing is responsible for designing, structuring, and deploying the FNC’s overall communications and marketing strategy.
This person acts as the guardian of message consistency, positioning, and the Festival’s institutional image, while supporting relationships with audiences, partners, and media, both in Quebec and internationally.
