The role

The Office of the President and CEO oversees the effective management of the organization’s highest priorities, including the development and execution of national and international strategies and initiatives that have a direct impact on CBC/Radio-Canada’s operations.

The Office also manages ongoing interactions with the Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team, employees across the organization, and key stakeholders from government and industry.

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Office of the President and CEO, contributing to the efficient management of day-to-day activities and strategic priorities.

The right fit
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience;
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant in a senior executive office, or in project management or project coordination;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and executive leadership teams;
  • Proven experience planning and coordinating meetings, including managing invitations, reminders, minute-taking, and meeting follow-up;
  • Experience working in a complex organizational environment;
  • Experience coordinating logistics for projects or events, including travel arrangements, reservations, and operational follow-up;
  • Excellent command of both French and English, with outstanding verbal, written, and reading proficiency;
  • Strong technical skills and advanced proficiency with business applications, particularly Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
