The role

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, the Global Social Media Advisor will develop and implement B2B social media strategies while ensuring optimization across all platforms. The role will focus on driving engagement, expanding audiences, and generating measurable business results on a global scale.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day management of social media communities in order to foster strategic interactions aligned with the organization’s objectives. They will also build relationships and engage with key influencers and decision-makers within target organizations to create opportunities for connection and growth.

The right fit
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing B2B social media accounts, with demonstrated ability to effectively leverage internal resources (sales, marketing, and subject matter expert teams) to maximize brand reach and build an engaged community of clients and prospects;
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to create strategic content and effectively engage diverse audiences in both languages;
  • Deep expertise in social media, including strong knowledge of major platforms (particularly LinkedIn), their features, analytics tools, algorithms, and industry best practices;
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity, tailored to target audiences throughout the customer journey;
  • Strong writing and creative skills, with the ability to produce compelling content (text, visuals, engaging formats) that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation;
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities, with a focus on meaningful interactions;
  • Ability to use analytics tools across major social media platforms, interpret performance data, produce clear reports, and make data-driven recommendations;
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify and mobilize the right internal stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and quickly adapt to evolving platforms, trends, and business needs.
