This position reports to Cogeco’s CHRO and takes business direction from, President, Cogeco Media .
As the Sr Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the Cogeco Media senior leadership team. You won’t just be running an HR function; you’ll be at the heart of the business, shaping the strategy, evolving the culture, and coaching a leadership team to drive impact and value creation.
