Senior Art Director

The role

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Senior Art Director acts as the design team lead and a key creative pillar within the studio. They oversee the design team’s day-to-day activities, set the creative direction, unblock projects, and ensure each mandate is assigned to the right resources.

Working closely with the Creative Director, they are responsible for maintaining the overall quality of design across all studio outputs: brand identity, advertising campaigns, print and digital production, social content, motion design, and related formats. This role requires active involvement in hands-on design work.

The successful candidate contributes directly to projects alongside the team, bringing vision, rigor, and strong creative judgment. They act as the guardian of final quality, ensuring that every deliverable meets the highest visual and strategic standards of the studio, while staying attuned to evolving industry practices, particularly in digital tools and AI.
