The mission of the Montreal General Hospital Foundation is to inspire the philanthropic community to invest in transformative initiatives, designed and guided by its medical leaders, that have a significant impact on patients’ lives. In doing so, the Foundation carries on the pioneering spirit of the Montreal General Hospital, which partnered with McGill University to create the first teaching hospital in Canada.
The Montreal General Hospital Foundation is seeking a Senior Advisor, Annual Campaigns who is experienced, innovative, and passionate about relationship marketing to join its dynamic team, united by a shared desire to improve healthcare.
Reporting to the Vice President, Communications and Marketing, this person will be responsible for managing and executing the Foundation’s annual direct solicitation campaigns, with the goal of maximizing donor engagement and optimizing campaign performance.
This key role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, as well as rigorous analysis of campaign results to continuously improve fundraising strategies. The advisor will also oversee gift processing and ensure effective management and optimization of the donor database.
Assets:
Experience in philanthropy, donor recognition, or loyalty program management
