The company facilitates the online and telephone booking of daytime booking rooms. The platform collaborates with a network of over 9000 across hotels 27 countries, serving as a intermediary that connects customers with their chosen hotel accommodations.
The role
This role will ensure day-to-day business relationship management with their partners.
The right fit
- At least 2-3 years of previous account management experience.
- Experience and/or familiarity with North American business culture.
- Hospitality experience: front desk, guest relations, or reception is a strong plus
- Previous experience in the digital travel industry, especially OTAs is ideal
- At ease with tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
- Native/perfectly bilingual English speaker required
- French is a strong plus
