The role

Reporting to the Vice President, Office of the CEO, you will provide both administrative and operational support to the senior leadership team. You will coordinate strategic meetings and manage various administrative functions. Your daily responsibilities may include invoice and budget reconciliation, reviewing and updating internal processes, ensuring follow-ups, and organizing and coordinating select corporate events.

The right fit
  • College diploma in office administration or a university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an asset
