The company designs, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of technical products, including knife gate valves, wall gates, industrial regulators, and advanced hydromechanical equipment.

Orbinox’s North American division (primarily in Canada and the United States) is experiencing strong growth. It is financially solid, highly profitable, and operates within a structured, multi-site, international industrial environment.

The role

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance leadership team to support the company’s financial planning, financial reporting, treasury management, performance analysis, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

The successful candidate will contribute to a broad range of initiatives spanning financial operations and selected areas of corporate accounting, while playing an active role in strategic projects that support the organization’s continued growth.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • CPA designation or currently pursuing the designation;
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a public accounting firm, particularly in audit or assurance, is considered a strong asset;
  • Experience working in a multi-currency accounting environment and with intercompany transactions is an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience with an ERP system is considered an asset.
