The role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers while actively contributing to inside sales development. They will provide high-quality customer service, coordinate order processing and ensure appropriate follow-up to support the growth of existing accounts.

Working closely with the sales, operations and warehouse teams, they will identify business opportunities, recommend products tailored to customer needs and contribute to achieving the company’s growth objectives. This role effectively combines customer service, administrative coordination and business development.

The right fit
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, sales coordination or order processing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a B2B environment, distribution, wholesale, consumer products or a related sector.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, in order to serve customers across Canada.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Comfortable using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, order management software and other digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Experience assessing customer needs, managing account follow-ups and identifying upselling or account growth opportunities is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, organize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
