The role

The B2B Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, brand development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with Sales and Product Development, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field. An MBA is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS industry within the North American market. Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth through lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency with digital analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Product Development teams in a technology environment, with a solid understanding of product marketing and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Strong capabilities in developing communication, advertising, and partnership strategies.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, leading projects, and building high-performing teams.
