The role

The Vice President, Customer Experience is responsible for defining and implementing an integrated strategy that delivers an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all channels while directly driving business growth and profitability.

As a key member of the executive team, this leader oversees the strategic levers of customer experience and digital transformation, strengthening brand equity and fostering sustainable revenue growth.

The role is both strategic and operational, leading multidisciplinary teams that include e-commerce (B2C, B2B), CRM, photo studio, art direction, and content marketing. Through inspiring leadership and an ability to orchestrate innovation, personalization, and customer journey optimization, this individual turns the customer experience into a measurable competitive advantage for the organization.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce, marketing communications, or a related field

  • 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in an omnichannel (retail or e-commerce) environment

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (e-commerce, CRM, customer service, marketing, communications, branding, etc.)

  • Experience managing external partners (agencies, freelancers, consultants, etc.)

  • Strong background in digital strategy and growth

  • Demonstrated experience in brand management (positioning, launches, campaigns, etc.)

  • Experience in communications and brand public relations

  • Expertise in managing marketing budgets

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Knowledge of technologies such as D365, CRM, Power BI, or other project management tools (an asset)

  • Experience working in a franchised retail network (an asset)
