Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy and Marketing, the incumbent will lead strategic initiatives and modernize the marketing research practice by integrating emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to generate faster, more predictive insights.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, ideally in an agency or complex organizational environment
Proven achievements in supporting strategic planning through marketing data and insights
Strong knowledge of the retail sector and of the Québec and English-Canadian markets
Experience managing teams
Experience managing agencies or external partners
