After over 6 years of experience in the financial sector at Desjardins and Scotiabank, his efforts led him to complete a Bachelor’s degree at HEC Montréal and diversify his expertise with certificates in human resources, administration, and management. Always driven by the desire for excellence, he obtained his CRHA certification in 2024.

Sébastien’s passion for connecting individuals’ potential with market opportunities, as well as his desire to enhance the human aspect within organizations, motivated him to make the leap into human resources and recruitment. He started his journey at Rogers Communications, where his learning curve was remarkably rapid.
