Martine has been working in human resources development for over 30 years. She began her career as an HR generalist at National Bank and later at Desjardins, before becoming Senior Director of Organizational Development at Vidéotron and QMI from 2000 to 2006.

After spending a year and a half sailing with her family, she founded OZ Concept in 2007, a company specializing in coaching and organizational development.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Martine focuses her professional practice on management coaching, the design and facilitation of leadership training, impactful communication, and strategic consulting in contexts of high growth, restructuring, or organizational transformation.

As a trainer and guest speaker at corporate events, she has captivated audiences at CRHA (Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés), the Quebec Business Women’s Network, Les Affaires conferences, the Workplace Health and Wellness Summit, and the Montreal Chamber of Commerce, among others.

She is also the creator of the unique LeMOIduVIN concept, a hands-on and engaging team-building activity designed to enhance team dynamics, daily communication, and overall workplace cohesion—all while adding a special touch of camaraderie.
