Equilibre (Ergoresearch) – Orthotics and Biomechanics
Équilibre is Québec’s largest network of orthotists and respiratory therapists, with 45 clinics offering professional support in biomechanics (orthotics for the entire body and compression garments) as well as diagnostic testing and treatment for sleep apnea. A recognized leader in its field, the organization provides personalized treatment plans designed by orthotists who are members of the OTPQ and respiratory therapists who are members of the OPIQ.

Reporting to the President and collaborating with a dedicated executive team, the Marketing Director plays a key role on the leadership committee. This person will be responsible for defining, leading, and implementing marketing strategies to position Équilibre as an undisputed leader in its industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a similar leadership role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing strategies to attract new clients and enhance customer experience
Experience in CRM management
Strong command of digital and traditional media, with knowledge of best practices for reaching regional audiences
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data (experience with PBI is an asset)
Experience managing projects and creative briefs with external agencies
Team management experience, an asset
