The company has also developed an innovative patented transportation system. Its state of the art facilities cover the entire precast concrete manufacturing process, from initial design through delivery and on site installation.

The role

Reporting to the VP of Sales, Engineering, and Projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following.

The internal estimating and technical support teams are strong, well structured, and ready to support this growth phase. The primary objectives of the role are to:

– Accelerate market development in the building envelope sector.

– Support architects in identifying and selecting optimal technical solutions.

– Strengthen the organization’s ability to secure a greater number of projects.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong expertise in building envelope systems and a solid understanding of architectural challenges.
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting and closing contracts.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and technical decision makers.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into clear concepts and influence design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
  • Proven experience in territory development and opening new accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
