The role

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Sales will lead the commercial strategy of Cartier Packaging in Canada, aligning performance, sustainability, and human development. Acting as the conductor of the movement, the Director of Sales will help revolutionize the packaging industry toward a more sustainable future by uniting teams and clients around a shared vision: reducing overpackaging while maximizing value.

The right fit
  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • More than 15 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, primarily in a B2B environment
  • Experience collaborating as part of an executive or leadership committee
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Experience implementing sales processes and best practices, structuring sales teams, and developing KPIs
  • Experience in a key role working closely with operations, procurement, marketing, and executive leadership
  • Strong achievements in negotiation and business development
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling
  • Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and digital collaboration tools
  • Experience in the industrial sector, packaging, logistics, clean technologies, and or professional services
