The role

The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, brand development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing and product marketing. This role leads cross-functional teams, works closely with Sales and Product Development, and ensures that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA considered an asset

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, specifically within the SaaS sector in the North American market; knowledge of the healthcare industry is a strong asset

  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies that drive growth through lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events)

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Proficiency with digital analytics and performance metrics tools

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with Sales and Technology Product Development teams; strong understanding of product marketing and the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits

  • Strong skills in developing communication, advertising and partnership strategies

  • Experience in budget management, project management and leading high-performing teams
