Les Grands Ballets Canadiens were founded in Montréal in 1957 by Ludmilla Chiriaeff, who dreamed of offering audiences the very best in dance by creating Québec’s first professional ballet company. Today, the organization is a creation and production company dedicated to the development of dance in all its forms, rooted in the discipline of classical ballet.

The company currently employs 46 Canadian and international dancers, as well as an equivalent number of musicians within the Orchestre des Grands Ballets. A pillar of the Canadian dance community, Les Grands Ballets are based in the heart of Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles, at the Édifice Wilder – Espace Danse, which houses creative studios, administrative offices, and the costume workshop.

The role

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales, the Digital Marketing and Advertising Project Manager ensures the integrity and visibility of the organization’s brand.

The incumbent contributes to achieving sales objectives by implementing and managing digital platforms as well as traditional and digital advertising campaigns across all company needs.

The role is responsible for ensuring strong visibility and promotion of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens’ offerings. In collaboration with internal departments and external partners, the incumbent ensures brand consistency across all external communications and customer experiences.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including budget oversight

  • Experience in campaign tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager

  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques

  • Experience designing visuals for traditional and digital advertising campaigns in appropriate formats

  • Experience in web project management, including participation in website redesigns and collaboration with web marketing agencies

  • Understanding of data architecture, e-commerce, tracking, and customer journey analysis to optimize user experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, considered a strong asset.
