In alignment with the mission, values, and strategic directions of the Centre des femmes de Montréal, and under the supervision of the Director of Frontline Services, the Assistant Director is responsible for managing operations and human resources within the assigned service.
This role involves developing strategies and approaches to ensure the optimal functioning of the service.
The frontline services team supports women facing a variety of challenges, including poverty, violence, psychological distress, and integration difficulties among newcomers and Indigenous women in urban settings. The service also offers a range of collective, educational, and recreational activities designed to help women build strong support networks.
