The company

Since 1997, La Tête Chercheuse has been partnering with large corporations, SMEs and non-profit organizations to help them recruit top talent, while placing people at the heart of the process.

La Tête Chercheuse is a bilingual executive search and recruitment firm dedicated to identifying unique talent. Our diverse and passionate team brings together experienced professionals with deep expertise in the sectors we serve. Above all, we understand that identifying tomorrow’s leaders requires a long-term vision and an approach that goes far beyond a résumé.

Our methodology combines innovative technologies with a hands-on, immersive approach to every candidate journey, allowing us to uncover leadership style, unique strengths and underlying motivations.
