The company is part of the TransDigm Group and operates through multiple business units. CMC Electronics stands out for the reliability of its products, its technical expertise, and its strategic positioning with OEM customers, operators, and key partners worldwide.

The role

The Vice President, Sales and Marketing reports directly to the President of CMC Electronics.

This role is responsible for the commercial strategy and its execution across sales, marketing, pricing, demand management, and customer relations.

The successful candidate will oversee the commercial activities of three business units and will serve as an active member of the senior leadership team.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • MBA or equivalent education considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business leadership roles.
  • Proven executive-level experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong experience within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated and complex industries.
  • Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management.
  • Experience managing multi-site, multi-business unit, and international organizations.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into tangible business results.
  • Availability for international travel (~20%).
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
