The role

The Digital Project Manager oversees Lab City’s daily development operations, ensuring work is organized, prioritized, and delivered predictably. The role manages incoming requests, clarifies requirements, assesses urgency, and directs tasks into the correct workflow. It maintains a clean, actionable backlog and leads sprint and iteration planning to support realistic delivery commitments. The position also manages an up‑to‑date roadmap that reflects active tasks, priorities, and upcoming initiatives, while tracking scope, time, and budgets to keep projects on course. It coordinates releases, QA/UAT processes, and cross‑functional communication across web, mobile, and product teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and maintaining clarity throughout the digital lifecycle.

The right fit
  • 3+ years as a Digital Project Manager, Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role;
  • Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day delivery for a development team in a high‑volume, request‑driven environment;
  • Strong understanding of software delivery cycles, including planning, QA/UAT, release processes, and dependency management;
  • Experience managing both new development and maintenance activities, including bugs, enhancements, technical debt, and support needs;
  • Strong capability in translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization frameworks;
  • Proficiency with project management tools used for ticketing, documentation, and communication;
  • High autonomy and judgment in managing priorities, sequencing work, and driving outcomes.
