The Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in political science, communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in public affairs, corporate social responsibility, corporate communication, government relations, media relations, and/or journalism.
• Strong ability to write communication plans and strategic recommendations, with proven achievements in various contexts such as large corporations, SMEs, or NGOs.
• Exceptional and demonstrated understanding of the impact of communication strategy and activities execution on business objectives and value creation within organizations.
• Experience advising and influencing various stakeholders while having the courage to share ideas.
• Strong interest in business, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and current affairs.
• Team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong organizational skills, project management, and ability to manage client account profitability/budget.
• Business development experience and/or involvement on a board of directors are significant assets.
• Excellent writing skills, exceptional proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
