Nour Saci is Coordinator, Operations and Administration at La Tête Chercheuse, where she coordinates administrative activities and contributes to the smooth running of the firm’s operations.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in December 2025 and earned her CHRP designation in 2026, further strengthening her expertise in human resources.

Before joining La Tête Chercheuse, Nour worked at the Centre de services scolaire de Montréal, where she developed strong organizational skills and an excellent sense of service. She also gained hands-on experience in human resources at Nos jeunes à cœur, contributing to the full recruitment process as well as the development and implementation of onboarding tools.

Since joining La Tête Chercheuse, Nour has quickly made her mark through her versatility, organizational skills, and ability to combine efficiency with initiative. Active in social media for several years, she naturally brings together structure and creativity in her work.

An athlete and flag football player, Nour stands out for her team spirit, perseverance, and energy, qualities she brings every day to the team and the mission of La Tête Chercheuse.
