Geneviève has been working in Quebec’s cultural and media sector for more than 30 years. A graduate of ATM, she notably served as Music Director and Assistant Program Director at the Énergie radio network before continuing her career with the Fondation Musicaction.

Passionate about communications in all its forms, Geneviève stands out for her organizational skills, thoroughness and energy, as well as her exceptional listening skills and empathy. Her strong interest in human resources and her in-depth understanding of the cultural sector enable her to provide support that is strategic, authentic and deeply human.

Today, Geneviève brings the depth of her background and the complementary nature of her experience to La Tête Chercheuse’s clients and talent in her role as Talent Management Advisor. She combines her understanding of organizations, communications expertise and human-centred approach to help create meaningful connections between exceptional talent and organizations.
