The Practice Lead – Business Strategy will be at the heart of Kairos’ growth and the success of its clients. This person will actively contribute to the growth of the practice by securing new mandates. They will lead complex strategic engagements, develop new service offerings, contribute to the evolution of methodologies, and mentor a talented team of consultants. As a trusted mentor, they will share their expertise and play a key role in the continuous improvement of the firm’s practices.
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on consulting experience (within a consulting firm or an internal strategy function), with a proven track record of success across diverse mandates;
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong command of key business strategy frameworks (Playing to Win, Scaling Up, Business Model Canvas, etc.);
Experience in team leadership;
Solid experience in coaching and talent development;
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to quickly understand new and or complex environments;
A well-established and actionable professional network.
