The Office Manager plays a key role within La Tête Chercheuse. They will provide direct support to the partners, coordinate all administrative operations, ensure excellent service to candidates and clients, and oversee various projects in IT, communications, and marketing.
Education in office administration, business administration, or another relevant field (non-traditional backgrounds welcome!)
5 to 7 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Experience supporting multiple managers simultaneously, including complex calendar management
Strong organizational skills for coordinating multi-party meetings, both virtual and in-person
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent priority and time management skills
Experience in IT project management (WordPress, CRM, SharePoint, FileMaker, etc.)
Strong writing skills
Initiative and a strong “make it happen” attitude
Comfortable working in an open-plan environment
Ability to work on-site at least 3 days a week (flexibility to determine the days)
Bilingual: native-level fluency in French and professional-level English
Accounting experience (asset): bookkeeping with QuickBooks, month-end, payroll, employee file management, etc.
Corporate event management experience (asset).
