The role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Director, the Logistics and Procurement Director plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities related to procurement, transportation, and logistics. This position ensures the efficiency and optimization of processes for receiving, storing, and distributing goods to deliver impeccable service and high operational performance. It requires constant attention to implementing strict health and safety protocols to protect staff and assets while ensuring reliable and efficient product delivery to customers.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Logistics Management or a related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience, ideally in a high-volume commercial service environment;
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI;
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to analyze financial statements;
  • A commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for customers and donors by leading by example and mentoring team members with dedication.
