The role

Reporting to the Performance Marketing leadership team, this role serves as the central point of orchestration for marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment between business unit priorities, sales objectives, and marketing execution within a complex, multi brand environment historically driven by sales.

The Growth Marketing Manager plays a key role in transforming audience attention and engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue through structured and scalable campaign execution.

The right fit
  • University degree in marketing, communications, strategy, or any other relevant combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • Strong expertise in campaign strategy and orchestration, with knowledge or understanding of 360 marketing including email, paid media, SEO, content, social media, web, ABM, traditional advertising, events, influencer marketing, and more;
  • Proven experience translating business objectives into integrated marketing plans;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional execution skills;
  • Experience managing collaborative projects between marketing and sales teams;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, make recommendations, and understand the various stages of the sales funnel as well as optimization levers;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
