The role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, the incumbent will lead a talented team of communications professionals. Working closely with their manager, the incumbent will be responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and compelling messages that foster employee engagement and support organizational change initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in internal communications, who is bilingual (French and English) and has a thorough understanding of various communications channels and tactics.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications management (strategic planning) (in an international (B2B) context with high cultural and political sensitivity is an asset);
  • Experience in team management and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers, etc.);
  • Proven track record in developing internal communications strategies in a constantly changing/transforming environment (experience in external communications is an asset);
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with tact and persuasion, adapting the style and content of the message to different audiences and decision-makers;
  • Proficiency in various communications tools (Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage);
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
