The Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (the Order) ensures public protection by overseeing the practice and development of the licensed practical nursing profession, thereby contributing to the quality of care and the health of the population. Only individuals who are members of the Order—having met all admission requirements—are authorized to use the title of licensed practical nurse. The Order represents over 32,000 practical nurses working across Quebec.

The role

Reporting to the Shared Services Directorate, the Employee Experience Advisor – Organizational Projects acts as a key liaison between departments and shared services, embodying both the employee and user experience. A true ambassador of internal service quality, this individual identifies and translates organizational needs into concrete solutions, serves as a transversal link between HR, IT, and departmental teams, supports project implementation, and actively contributes to the organization’s internal vitality through initiatives related to recruitment, skills development, onboarding, communications, and technological innovation.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Additional training in business analysis, project management, or organizational transformation (an asset)

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development) and business analysis or process optimization

  • Proven experience in a cross-functional role involving collaboration among HR, IT, and operational teams

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable HR, IT, and process initiatives

  • Strong sense of engagement and employee experience

  • Proven skills in change management and communication across diverse audiences

  • Ability to structure and support projects (planning, tracking, inter-team coordination)

  • Proficiency with collaborative tools (M365, SharePoint, intranet, etc.)

  • Experience in organizational or digital transformation (an asset)
