Reporting to the Managing Director and a member of the executive committee, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for all sales and marketing activities and plays a key role in the company’s growth, the structuring of a sustainable pipeline, and the alignment between marketing efforts and commercial objectives.
The mandate calls for hands-on leadership, combining vision, execution, and representation. Regular presence with clients and partners is expected, including active participation in business events. The role includes sales targets and responsibility for managing selected strategic accounts.
8 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years leading teams in a technology or professional services environment;
Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and represent strategic business relationships in a high-credibility B2B context;
Strong capability to align sales and marketing within an integrated approach: lead generation, content, events, campaigns, and message consistency;
Ability to mobilize a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement, including with strong personalities;
Proven capacity to structure, prioritize, and execute in a growing SME context, balancing strategic vision with hands-on involvement;
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken, with clients, partners, and internal teams;
Ability to analyze technological concepts and translate them into clear, compelling business benefits;
Mobilizing, humble, and accessible leadership style, focused on cohesion, trust, and sustainable performance;
Flexibility and agility in a constantly evolving environment, with comfort navigating change and rapid adjustments;
Strong results orientation and business acumen, with a client-centric approach and a constant focus on quality execution.
