The role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Socioprofessional Services, the Director of Recruitment and Integration Services is responsible for the development and management of recruitment and socioprofessional integration activities, as well as the success of the organization’s various services.

The person in this role will play a strategic role in developing socioprofessional skills aimed at improving the employability of individuals facing barriers to employment, while ensuring compliance with labour standards legislation. They will support the vitality and long-term sustainability of the organization’s social mission within the operational framework of its stores and contribute directly to the fight against poverty and social exclusion.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role in helping relationships and/or the development of socioprofessional integration programs;
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans based on data-driven insights;
  • Strong understanding of labour standards legislation and ability to integrate this knowledge into recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Understanding of the financial and operational dynamics of non-profit organizations.
