Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, ideally within construction, transportation, municipal services, or infrastructure sectors
Strong knowledge of human and material resource planning in a seasonal context
Skills in process optimization, work organization, and budget management
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
Proficiency with operations management tools
Knowledge of mechanics, an asset
